Search Engine
Optimisation (SEO)

Be visible and make sure your customers can find you when they need to.

SEO is one of the most popular and effective digital marketing strategies available. In today’s digital world, no startup or small business should be without a personalised SEO strategy.

Why do you need SEO?

Simple. SEO increases traffic.

Using a range of online SEO tools, we help to improve your search engine visibility and drive relevant and targeted traffic to your website. We then help you convert these quality leads into conversions, i.e. more enquiries and sales for your business!

The term ‘Search Engine Optimisation’, and all that it stands for, is a vast minefield of technical jargon and confusing algorithms. Let us simplify it for you.

SEO strategies

We use a range of SEO strategies to improve your website visibility in search engine rankings (getting your website seen on Google) and ensure your content is both useful and informative for your customers. These include:

Website audit
Want to know how your website is performing? An essential first step is to run a health check on your website to assess what is working well and what changes need to be made. An audit covers different aspects of your site, including links, site structure, keywords, page load speeds and more. You’ll be provided with a detailed report covering our initial assessment.

Technical SEO
Optimising the parts of your website you don’t actually see, such as crawl errors, sitemap status, site load time and mobile responsiveness. This enables search engines to interpret your site more efficiently, and make sure your website ranks well in Google’s search results.

Keyword research
Identifying what keywords are sending traffic to your website, what your customers are searching for and where we can help you improve.

Competitor research

Learn what your competitors are ranking well for and identify any gaps in your target market.

Local SEO
Make sure your customers can find you before your competitors in your local area.

SEO copywriting
Create a plan to improve and expand your onsite content based on your keyword research results.

Onsite SEO
Ensure your website is fully optimised for search. This includes writing good page titles and descriptions, headings, image alt text and so on, making it easy for users to discover and understand your content.

Off-page SEO and link building
The actions you take outside of your own website to increase your search ranking and website traffic. The practice of off-page, or offsite, SEO is to establish trust and credibility for your site by linking externally to your website. Some examples of off-page SEO are building links through social media marketing, influencer marketing, online directories or guest blogging.

We learn

During our initial consultation, we found out about your business and how you work. And during our Digital Strategy service, we put together a tailored digital marketing strategy for your business. Now it’s time to put the first component of that strategy into place with the most essential service for any business website - SEO.

We plan

First, we take an in-depth look at your website with the technical SEO audit phase. This audit determines whether your site works well on mobile, your links all work correctly, how fast your website loads on different devices, are you tracking your conversions correctly, and much more. This is an important first step to ensure your website is healthy.

Once the audit is complete, we get started on the keyword research phase. We’ll take a look at your current content and the keywords you’re already ranking for, and provide you with a comprehensive keyword research document for your top pages. We’ll also analyse your competitors to ensure we cover any gaps in the market.

Next, we move onto the onsite content audit phase. Based on our keyword research, we will analyse your website copy and provide recommendations for improving your current content, as well as creating new content. We also look at your meta titles and descriptions (the info shown in the Google search results), image descriptions, page titles, headings and more.

We apply

Based on the information from the planning phase, we create a tailored plan of recommended actions for you. You’ll be provided with a detailed audit report, with actionable tasks listed in order of priority.

We grow

We test our results, optimise our strategies, learn and grow. We recommend running an audit every 6-12 months or so to ensure you stay ahead of Google’s latest updates and enhancements.
